It's the time for harvesting chili in Yanqi County, known as the "red county" in Xinjiang's Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. As one of the biggest chili production bases, Bayingoleng expects to harvest over about 27,000 hectares of chili this year.
